We’ll kick things off by exploring how to shift from a “selling” mindset to a “consulting” one, including how to use pre-meeting research to find the perfect business hook.

10:30 – 11:15 | Mastering the Discovery Call
This session focuses on the “Questioning Funnel,” teaching you how to ask the kind of deep, impactful questions that uncover a client’s true business gaps.

11:15 – 11:30 | Coffee and Networking Break
Take fifteen minutes to grab a brew, stretch your legs, and chat with the rest of the group.

11:30 – 12:15 | Crafting the Executive Value Prop
We’ll practice turning boring product features into high-level business outcomes that actually resonate with senior leaders and decision-makers.

12:15 – 12:45 | Real-World Roleplay
You’ll jump into a live exercise where the goal is to uncover three major pain points through pure consultation before you even mention your own services.

12:45 – 13:00 | Handling Objections and Closing
We’ll wrap up by learning how to turn “no” into a conversation and ensuring you never leave a room without a solid next step on the calendar.
