This workshop is all about reclaiming your time by stripping away the corporate jargon and “fluff” that stalls progress. We’ll teach you how to decode what people are actually saying, ask the sharp questions that expose hidden agendas, and keep every conversation laser-focused on real business outcomes. You’ll leave with the tools to lead meetings that are shorter, more honest, and far more productive.

10:00 – 10:30 | The Cost of Corporate Clutter
We’ll begin by identifying common “fluff” triggers and jargon that mask a lack of clarity, calculating the actual time and financial cost this overhead has on your team’s productivity

10:30 – 11:15 | Decoding the “Real” Message
This session introduces the “Active Decoding” framework, where we practice listening for the subtext in vague statements to figure out the actual fears, needs, or roadblocks being hidden behind professional filler

11:15 – 11:30 | Networking Break

11:30 – 12:15 | The Precision Questioning Toolkit
We will arm you with a set of “Cut-Through” questions designed to stop a rambling meeting in its tracks and force a pivot back to concrete actions and accountability

12:15 – 12:45 | Roleplay: The “Vague Stakeholder” Simulation
You’ll enter a live exercise where you must handle a participant intentionally using fluff and circular logic, with the goal of pinning them down to a specific “yes” or “no” decision within five minutes

12:45 – 13:00 | Creating Your “No-Fluff” Meeting Protocol
We’ll wrap up by designing a simplified meeting template for your team that mandates a “Purpose, Outcome, and Action” structure to prevent fluff from ever entering the room
