This session identifies which channels to use for what—from quick Slack pings to deep-dive Zoom strategy sessions—to prevent “Zoom fatigue” while ensuring total clarity.

11:15 – 11:30 | Coffee and Digital Detox Break
Take fifteen minutes to step away from the screen, grab a drink, and recharge before the next session.

11:30 – 12:15 | Psychological Safety and Virtual Trust
We’ll explore practical ways to build a “one team” culture across time zones, ensuring every member feels heard and included regardless of their location.

12:15 – 12:45 | The 1-on-1 Performance Simulation
You’ll participate in a roleplay exercise focused on delivering constructive feedback and coaching over video, ensuring your message lands effectively without the benefit of in-person body language.

12:45 – 13:00 | Building Your Remote Team Charter
We’ll wrap up by drafting a personalised set of “rules of engagement” for your specific team to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations and boundaries moving forward.
